Salesforce Select Partner

Real estate CRM for Dubai:
every portal lead in one place

Leads from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle land in Salesforce automatically, get assigned to the right agent, and stay visible until the deal closes. Nothing sits in an inbox overnight.

The problem

Leads arrive in four places at once

Most Dubai agencies do not have a lead problem. They have a lead handling problem.

01 Enquiries scattered across portals One enquiry emails a shared inbox, appears in the portal dashboard, and possibly lands on an agent’s phone as a WhatsApp message. Nothing is lost, but nothing is countable either.
02 Slow first response An enquiry at 22:00 is answered at 09:00 the next morning, by which time the buyer has already spoken to someone else. Response speed is the one variable an agency can change without spending more on portals.
03 The same buyer, three agents A buyer enquires about three properties in a week and reaches three different agents. The buyer notices. Internally it surfaces weeks later as a commission dispute.
04 No view of agent performance Without a record of when each enquiry arrived and when it was answered, management cannot see who is keeping up and who is not.

What we build

One CRM for leads, listings and follow-up

01

Portal lead capture

Enquiries from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle arrive in Salesforce as structured records, carrying the portal, the channel, the listing and a timestamp.

02

Automatic assignment

Leads route by community, language, listing owner or rotation — with a fallback when the assigned agent does not respond in time.

03

Duplicate prevention

A returning buyer is matched to their existing record and routed to the agent who already knows them, rather than entering the pool again.

04

WhatsApp and email follow-up

Conversations are recorded against the client rather than living on an agent’s phone — so nothing leaves the company when someone does.

05

Listings and viewings

Properties are held once, with permit details on the record. Viewings and follow-up tasks sit alongside the enquiry they came from.

06

Pipeline and reporting

Response times, conversion by portal and agent activity — the numbers that decide which portal contract to renew.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

01 Assessment We look at your portals, team structure and current tools, then come back with scope, timeline and an indicative cost. Free, and with no obligation to continue.
02 Build Data model, portal integration, routing and response rules. The first portal takes longest; the rest reuse the same layer.
03 Go live Migration, agent training and a period running alongside your current process before switching over.
04 Support Ongoing changes as your portals, team and requirements change. A CRM nobody maintains degrades within months.

Why VinteraTech

What you are actually buying

  • Salesforce Select Partner with a consulting listing on AppExchange
  • Integration specialists. Most of our work is connecting Salesforce to systems that were not built to talk to it
  • Remote delivery, close time zone. Dubai is one hour ahead of Istanbul, so the working day overlaps almost entirely
  • English-speaking team working directly with your people, not through a layer of account managers
  • Honest scoping. If your requirement is standard enough that a packaged product covers it, we will say so

Based in Istanbul, serving clients across the UAE. We do not have a Dubai office, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle all feed into one Salesforce org?
Yes. Each portal connects through its own integration, but enquiries are normalised into the same records, so routing, deduplication and reporting work across all of them.
How does this stop the same buyer being worked by three agents?
Incoming enquiries are matched against existing records on phone number and email before assignment. A match routes the enquiry to the existing owner instead of creating a new lead.
What happens to enquiries that arrive outside working hours?
With routing rules in place they go to whoever is on duty rather than waiting for the listing agent. Without them, the enquiry sits until the next working day.
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. We are based in Istanbul and work remotely with clients across the UAE. Dubai is one hour ahead, so the working day overlaps almost entirely.
Can the system work in Arabic?
Salesforce supports Arabic as an end-user language, so agents can work in Arabic. Administrative setup screens remain in English.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many portals are involved and the state of your existing data. The first portal integration takes longest because it establishes the matching layer; subsequent ones are faster. Data cleanup is usually what extends a timeline.
What does it cost?
There is no standard price, because scope varies. The assessment is free and ends with an indicative cost, so you can decide before committing to anything.
