Solutions

The entire Salesforce ecosystem

From sales to service, marketing to artificial intelligence, we work across every Salesforce cloud. Which one you need — and which one you do not — is something we work out together.

Where to start

What is your priority?

Most companies start with a single cloud. Naming the problem correctly is half of choosing the right module.

We cannot see the pipeline Sales Cloud. Opportunities, quotes and forecasts in one place.
Support requests get lost Service Cloud. Cases from every channel logged in one queue, with response commitments tracked.
We cannot reach customers consistently Marketing Cloud. Segmented campaigns and automated journeys.
Our dealers keep phoning us Experience Cloud. Dealers check their own orders, balances and documents through a portal.
Data sits in too many places Data Cloud. Records from different sources merged into one customer profile.
The team answers the same questions Agentforce. Repetitive questions handed off to an assistant.

Clouds

What we build in each module

01

Sales Cloud

The core of Salesforce. Customers, opportunities, quotes and the pipeline in one place. The sales manager reads the forecast from the system rather than assembling it from spreadsheets, and reps know what to follow up and when. Quote generation, discount approvals and target tracking all live in this layer.

Pipeline Quotes & CPQ Approval chains Target tracking Field visits
02

Service Cloud

The answer on the support side. Requests arriving by email, phone, web form and messaging land in a single queue. Response commitments are tracked and overdue cases escalate on their own. For companies with warranty or field service processes, this is usually the module that pays back fastest.

03

Marketing Cloud

Segmented campaigns, automated email journeys and form management. Leads generated by marketing reach the sales team with their source attached, so which campaign actually produced revenue becomes measurable.

04

Agentforce

The Salesforce AI layer. Assistants that answer from your own data, record summaries and data-driven next-step suggestions.

05

Data Cloud

Merges records scattered across your ERP, online store and CRM into a single customer profile. This is where the problem of one customer existing as three separate records gets solved.

Single customer profile Record matching
06

Experience Cloud

Dealer, customer and partner portals. Your dealers see their own orders, balances and documents without calling anyone, and phone traffic drops accordingly.

Platform & Custom Development

LWC components and Apex development for needs the standard modules do not cover. Industry-specific screens, calculation engines and purpose-built business applications.

Choosing

How we decide which cloud fits

The breadth of the Salesforce catalogue is an advantage and a trap at the same time. Buying more licences than you need means paying monthly for modules nobody opens. In discovery we try to settle three questions.

Which problem costs you the most?

Lost opportunities, delayed support cases, or repeated data entry? The first implementation gets built around whichever answer that is. The rest queues behind it.

How many people will genuinely use it?

Licensing is per user. There are cheaper licence types for managers who only read reports, and giving everyone a full user licence creates cost with no return.

What changes in a year?

Structures built purely for today’s needs get rebuilt within a year once headcount or product lines grow. We keep that in view when designing the data model, so the second phase does not mean starting over.

Sequential rollout

Rather than opening three clouds simultaneously, we recommend starting with one and expanding. Once a team has learned and accepted one system, the second settles in far more easily.

We do not sell licences

Licences come from Salesforce; we provide consulting. That means we have no incentive to recommend modules you will not use — we tell you which edition is actually enough.

If you already hold licences

We review what your current edition covers and identify unused modules. On some projects it turns out a solution can be built within your existing entitlements, with no new purchase at all.

FAQ

About solutions

Can we start with one cloud and add others later?
Yes, and that is the route we recommend. Because the modules share the same data model, a cloud added later sits on top of your existing records rather than requiring a fresh implementation.
Does Salesforce handle multi-currency and local tax rules?
Yes. Multi-currency, multi-language and localised tax structures are supported natively. Country-specific obligations such as mandatory e-invoicing are typically handled through integration, which we have delivered in practice.
Which edition should we buy?
It depends on user count and the capabilities you actually need. In the discovery call we listen to your processes and tell you which level is sufficient. We do not recommend more than that.
Where is our data stored?
Salesforce holds your data in the data centres of the region you select. We raise the GDPR assessment you need to run before implementation and document which data is processed where.

Let us work out which cloud fits you
