Services
Salesforce consulting and implementation
A build from scratch, or a rescue of the org you already have. We analyse your processes, shape Salesforce around the way you work, and turn it into a system your team actually uses.

Scope
What an implementation covers
Every project starts with discovery. We map your sales, service or marketing processes step by step, noting where each piece of information is held and who makes which decision. The system design is built on top of that map, not on a template.
Data model and configuration
- Account, contact, opportunity and product structure shaped around your business
- Sales stages and probability definitions that reflect how deals actually close
- Custom fields, record types and page layouts
- User profiles, permission sets and data access rules
Automation and business rules
- Approval processes for discounts, quotes and contracts
- Task and reminder flows
- Validation rules that protect data quality at entry
Reporting
- Pipeline, close rate and rep performance reports
- Separate dashboards for management and field teams
- Scheduled reports delivered by email
Data migration
Spreadsheets, a legacy CRM or an ERP — it makes little difference. We clean, map and load the data. Before go-live we run a test load in a sandbox and review the result with you, so duplicates and empty fields do not travel into production.
Go-live and training
Training is delivered by role: a field rep and a sales manager do not sit through the same session. We stay close during the first weeks after launch and fix the friction that only shows up in real use.
If you already have an org
You do not have to start over. We review the existing setup and identify what is unused, which fields stay empty and where automation breaks down. In most cases targeted fixes are faster and cheaper than a rebuild.
On licensing
Salesforce sells the licences; we provide the consulting. Which clouds and how many users you need is something we determine together during discovery — we would rather you did not pay for a module you will not use.
