Salesforce Select Partner
Salesforce consulting UAE companies
can work with directly
Implementation, ERP integration and custom development for distributors, manufacturers and service companies across the Emirates. Delivered remotely from Istanbul, one hour behind Dubai.
What we do
Where Salesforce consulting UAE businesses need most
Most of our work is the part that is not standard: connecting Salesforce to systems that were not built to talk to it.
Implementation
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud set up around how you actually sell and support, rather than a template you then have to work around.
ERP integration
Products, stock, pricing, customers, orders and invoices flowing both ways. We have built these against on-premise systems with no modern API as well as cloud platforms.
Custom development
Apex and Lightning Web Components for the requirements no packaged product covers — quoting rules, approval flows, field-facing screens.
Dealer and partner portals
Giving distributors and dealers a place to see their pricing, place orders and manage their own customers, on the same records head office sees.
Data migration and cleanup
Duplicates, inconsistent formats and records nobody has touched in years. This is usually what decides whether a project lands on time.
Ongoing support
A retained arrangement for changes as the business changes. Salesforce rewards having an owner; without one it degrades within months.
Real estate brokerage or developer? That has its own page: Salesforce for real estate in Dubai.
Why VinteraTech
Working with a team outside the Emirates
We do not have an office in the UAE, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. Everything is delivered remotely, with on-site visits arranged when a project genuinely needs them.
Worth knowing
Three things specific to the UAE
Your data can stay in the UAE
Salesforce’s Hyperforce architecture has been available in the UAE since December 2023, running on AWS infrastructure in the country — the first such deployment in the region. For organisations with data residency requirements under UAE data protection law, that changes what is possible with Salesforce.
Whether it applies to your org depends on your contract and which services you use, so confirm it with your Salesforce account team before assuming it.
Arabic works for users, not for setup
Arabic is supported as an end-user language, so your team can work in Arabic and see records, page layouts and translated labels in Arabic. Administrative and configuration screens stay in English.
For most organisations that split is the right one anyway — but it is better to know before the first demo than after.
Multi-currency is a setup decision
If you sell in AED and buy in USD or EUR, multi-currency needs enabling and configuring early. Turning it on later is possible but disruptive, and the conversion rules need agreeing before any pricing data is loaded.
On our side, we quote in AED, USD or EUR — whichever suits your finance process.
