We move your pricing rules into the system: customer segment, product group, volume breaks, taxes and additional cost lines. The rep selects the product and the price calculates itself. A PDF quote is generated in one click and can go straight to the customer.

Data quality rules

Automation only works on consistent data. We add required-field rules, format validation and duplicate prevention. Skip this and automation simply produces wrong results faster.

Fix the process first

Automating a broken process only makes it break faster. Sometimes in discovery our advice is to remove a step entirely — the cheapest automation is deleting work that should not exist.

Flow or Apex?

We use Flow wherever it will do the job, so your own team can understand and maintain what we built. We move to Apex only for scenarios Flow genuinely cannot handle.

Who updates the automation when our process changes?

Flows can be updated by a user with administrator training. For complex flows and anything in Apex you can come to us; if you hold a managed service agreement, those changes fall inside the package.

How quickly do we see results?

A single flow — a discount approval chain, for example — typically goes live in one to two weeks. Multi-part processes such as quote generation take four to eight weeks.

We already have automations. Can you build on them?

Yes, but we review what exists first. Automations that accumulated over the years and now conflict with each other are a common finding; simplifying often delivers more than adding another flow.

Can an automation be rolled back if it misbehaves?

Every flow is built in a sandbox and validated with you first. When it goes live, we can also start with a limited group of users before rolling it out fully.
