We stay with you after go-live

Salesforce is not software that gets delivered and closed out; it is a system that keeps living. Monthly packages cover enhancement requests, user support and release management, handled by the same team.

When you need it

A system with no owner

Small requests pile up “Add a field”, “this report needs another column” — nobody owns them, so they wait for months and are eventually forgotten.
The implementation team left The project closed, the consultant moved on, and who maintains the system was never actually decided.
Users get stuck New joiners cannot learn the system and have nobody to ask, so over time they drift back to the old way of working.
Releases go unchecked Salesforce ships three releases a year. Updates that nobody reviews occasionally break existing flows without warning.
A full-time admin is too expensive Your volume does not justify a dedicated Salesforce administrator, but zero support is not sustainable either.

Scope

What the package includes

Enhancement requests

New fields, reports, dashboards, automation changes and layout updates. Requests come through a single channel, get prioritised together and are delivered within the monthly allocation.

User support

  • A defined response time for user questions
  • New user setup and permission management
  • Onboarding support for people joining your team

Release management

We review each of the three annual Salesforce releases ahead of time and identify what will affect your org specifically. Where a change carries risk, we validate it in a sandbox and act before it reaches production.

Health checks

  • Adoption monitoring — who is using the system and who has stopped
  • Data quality audits, duplicate and empty record cleanup
  • Storage and licence usage tracking
  • Monitoring of failed automations and integration alerts

Regular reviews

A short monthly call covering what was delivered, what is still queued and what we recommend next. You always know where the system is heading rather than finding out at renewal time.

If someone else built it

Not a problem. We take over orgs implemented by other teams. The first month covers an assessment where we document the existing structure and the issues that have accumulated.

Package size

The monthly allocation is set to your actual needs. Unused hours do not roll over, so we recommend starting at a realistic level and scaling up if demand grows.

FAQ

About support

How do we submit a request?
We agree a single channel — usually email or a shared list. Every request is logged and its status can be tracked. We keep this rule strict so verbal requests do not disappear.
How fast do you respond to an urgent issue?
Issues that stop the system have a separate response time, written into the service agreement. It is not something that gets negotiated after a problem occurs.
What happens if requests exceed the allocation?
We tell you before it happens. You can either defer the work to next month or approve the additional hours. No unapproved work reaches an invoice.
Can we end the agreement whenever we want?
Yes. On exit we hand over your org documentation and a record of every enhancement delivered. The system stays yours and the knowledge does not stay locked with us.

Let us assess the state of your org

We will review your system and tell you what level of support it actually needs. The first call is free.
