From lead to close: an end-to-end CRM cycle
Samixir’s sales process moved out of scattered channels and into a single system.
Where it started
Samixir’s sales team was doing the work — but the process did not live in one place. Enquiries arrived through different channels, and where a sale stood depended on individuals keeping track.
The invisible cost of that setup: nobody could answer “how many opportunities are open right now, and at which stage” by looking at a screen.
What we built
We built the sales process end to end on Salesforce: every stage from first contact through to close now runs in the same system.
Shaped around how they actually work
We did not set up a ready-made template and then bend the process to fit it. We did the opposite: mapped how Samixir sells, step by step, and defined the system around that.
The result was a flow the team recognised. Most adoption problems are solved here, before development even begins.
Repetitive work moved into automation
Steps that were done by hand and repeated the same way every time were automated. The points where the same information had to be entered more than once disappeared.
The gain is not only time. Entering the same data twice eventually produces two different answers; a flow fed from a single source removes that risk entirely.
Visibility at management level
The sales manager can now open the list of live opportunities and see where each one is waiting. That information existed before, but scattered in a form nobody could see on one screen.
Outcome
System carrying the process from end to end
Visibility of open opportunities and their stages
Steps where the same information is entered twice
What we would do differently
In end-to-end projects, the most underestimated stage is settling the output formats. Process design moves quickly, while the final shape of what the process produces gets decided late — and that creates rework.
Starting a similar project today, we would settle those decisions at the beginning and design around them.
